What is form 15ca?
As per new Govt rules, if a NRI wants to remit money outside India, transfer funds from NRO to NRE or to a foreign bank account; then he must file a 15ca form & provide a copy of this to his banker. 15ca must be accompanied with a 15cb certificate most of the times. Please be advised that in most cases your 15ca would be deemed invalid if it is accompanied with a 15cb.

How long would it take?

In general if all documents are available from your end, then it takes only 2-3 days for our adviser to issue you a 15cb certificate and file your 15ca form. Once this is done, we send copies to you and your bank so that they can transfer your funds to you (from NRE to NRO or from any Indian bank to your international bank).
What is a 15cb certificate?
15cb certificate is issued by an authorized chartered accountant in India (CA) and it must be provided to your banker with the copy your 15ca form. Without a 15cb certificate, your 15ca would be deemed invalid and your funds will not remitted abroad. So it's very important that you understand what is the difference between form 15ca and 15cb certificate.
What documents are required?
